Warranty Policy

What Radhak's service warranty covers, how long it lasts and how to make a claim.

Last updated 28 September 2026

We stand behind our work. If the same problem we fixed comes back within the warranty period, we will fix it again at no labour cost.

Warranty period

The warranty period is shown on each service before you book, and on your invoice. It starts on the day the service is completed.

What's covered

  • Recurrence of the same fault that was repaired, on the same camera or recorder.
  • Labour for the repeat visit and the rework.
  • Spare parts we supplied, where the part itself is defective — covered by the manufacturer's warranty on that part, which we will help you claim.

What's not covered

  • A different fault or a different part from the one repaired.
  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuation, water ingress, pests, physical damage or misuse.
  • CCTV systems opened or repaired by anyone else after our visit.
  • Consumables and wear items — CCTV hard disks beyond their own warranty.
  • Cleaning and routine services, which restore performance but do not carry a repair warranty unless stated on the service.

How to claim

  1. Open your booking in My Bookings or raise a ticket from the help centre, quoting your booking ID.
  2. Describe the problem; photos or a short video help.
  3. We schedule a visit. If the fault is covered, the repair is free of labour; if it isn't, the technician explains why before any paid work.
