- Booking and payment records — services booked, amounts, payment status and invoices. We do not store card or UPI credentials.
- Reviews and support requests you submit.
- Technical data — basic device, browser and log information needed to keep the website secure and working.
How we use it
- To schedule and deliver your service, and send booking updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To verify your identity with a one-time password when you log in.
- To issue invoices, honour warranties and resolve complaints.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- The technician assigned to your booking receives your name, phone number, address and service details.
- Service providers who help us run the platform — hosting, messaging and payment partners — process data on our behalf and only for that purpose.
- Authorities, where we are required to by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms against misuse. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and security
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. Data is stored on secured servers, and access within our team is limited by role.
Your choices
- Update your profile and saved addresses from your account at any time.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted, by contacting us. Some records may be retained where the law requires.
