Radhak was built around a simple observation: most people do not need "more cameras" — they need cameras that are actually recording when something happens, and an app that opens when they need to check. Across eastern Uttar Pradesh we kept meeting families and shopkeepers with systems that had quietly stopped working: a hard disk corrupted by a power cut months ago, a camera knocked out of angle by a storm, night vision covered in cobwebs, or a mobile app that never worked after the broadband router was changed.

So we focus on one thing and do it properly: CCTV camera installation, CCTV repair and CCTV maintenance. This website is dedicated entirely to security cameras. New CCTV camera installation

CCTV camera repair

No video, blurry or pink picture, night vision not working, flickering, horizontal lines or cameras that keep going offline — we trace the fault to the camera, cable, connector, adaptor or recorder and fix it. We repair systems from every major brand, whoever installed them.

DVR and NVR repair

Recorders that will not boot, beep continuously, show "HDD error" or "no disk", lose the date and time, or have stopped recording are among our most common jobs. We diagnose the recorder, repair what can be repaired, and replace the hard disk only after explaining why and getting your approval.

Mobile viewing set-up

We configure the manufacturer's app on every phone you want — including family members in other cities or abroad — with a strong password, and show you live view, playback and how to save a clip.

Health checks, shifting and uninstallation

A periodic health check cleans lenses, re-aims cameras, checks connectors and power, confirms recording and reports on hard-disk health. When you move house or renovate, we remove cameras safely and re-install them at the new place.

Price first, work after

Every service on this website shows its labour price before you book. Cameras, recorders, hard disks, cable and accessories are quoted in writing on site, and nothing is fitted without your approval. You can also supply your own equipment. There are no surprise "service charges" at the end.

A site survey before any drilling

Blind spots, cameras staring into the sun or street lights, and cables hanging across walls are the result of rushed installations. We agree positions, heights and angles with you first, and we show you on a phone or monitor what each camera will see.

Neat, protected cabling

Cables run through conduit or casing, along corners and edges, with weather-proof junction boxes, sealed connectors and drip loops outdoors. In heritage buildings and finished interiors we take extra care to keep wiring discreet.

Power backup and earthing

Power cuts and voltage swings are the most common reason recorders stop recording in Uttar Pradesh. We advise on a UPS or inverter connection for the recorder and camera power supply, and check earthing on tall outdoor runs.

Tested before we leave

Every camera is checked for picture, focus, angle and night vision; recording is confirmed on the recorder; and live view and playback are tested on your phone. We show you how to find and save a clip.

Privacy and password security

Default passwords are replaced with strong ones that only you know, remote access uses the manufacturer's secure app wherever possible, and firmware is updated where fixes are available. We never aim cameras into neighbours' homes or install them in private spaces such as bedrooms, washrooms or changing areas.

Warranty on our work

Eligible services carry a service warranty shown on each service. If the same fault returns within the warranty period, we fix it again at no labour cost. Equipment carries its manufacturer's warranty. Read our warranty policy.

Track your booking online from confirmation to completion — you can see when a technician is assigned and when the job is done, and download your invoice from My Bookings.

We install, configure and repair cameras, DVRs and NVRs from all major brands sold in India, including Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Prama, Godrej, Honeywell, Uniview, TP-Link Tapo, Imou and Ezviz. If your system was installed by another dealer or electrician, we can still service it.
